According to legend, the blue-violet tanzanite stone appeared after a storm when lightning struck the vast plains of Tanzania, not far from Mount Kilimanjaro, and set fire to the savannah, transforming the rocks at the foot of the mountain into superb blue-violet jewels. Fascinated by this ancestral heritage, where wild nature merges with extraordinary colours, Giorgio Armani drew inspiration from this African jewel to create a unique fragrance: Indigo Tanzanite. This fragrance opens with an essence of fresh bergamot and an accord of almond, creating an enveloping, luminous effect. The darker base, accentuated by patchouli, reveals a fusion of warm, sensual notes like a sensory chiaroscuro of contrasts. An experience not to be missed.
