If you are a non-European Union resident, you are automatically eligible for a 12% tax refund on purchases starting from €100.01. This refund is processed directly within Printemps.

returns and exchanges

Thanks to our exclusive services, you can change your mind about an article and bring it back within 30 days in order to exchange it or be reimbursed.* So you can buy without a second thought! Directly at in-store sales points. *We will exchange or reimburse articles purchased within the last 30 days, in their original condition and including all attachments, including packaging and tags, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with the exception of food products, upon presentation of sales receipt and in the presence of the client. Failing any of these conditions, the exchange or return cannot be made. The company reserves the right to refuse a reimbursement or exchange.
