Draw light strokes to achieve the desired shape and size. Blend with the brush. Defined and structured: Define your eyebrows with the Brow Perfector. Use the brush to tame the hairs and blend. Bring precision and structure by applying the Brow Gel on top. PRO TIP: To soften and set the color in place, apply the Soft Velvet Loose Powder on the eyebrow with a puff, then remove the excess with a brush.
