How to apply mascara 1. To curl your lashes, start applying at the root, at the outer corner of the eye. 2. Place the brush at the base of the lashes, then simultaneously pull upwards and outwards to separate them, using a zigzag movement. 3. For the lower and inner lashes, use only the tip of the applicator and apply the mascara one lash at a time. How to extend the life of your Mascara Volume Effet Faux Cils: 1. Remove excess material from the brush with a clean tissue or makeup remover wipe to avoid having too much product. 2. Regularly clean the ring around the wiper with a makeup wipe to ensure the mascara closes properly. 3. Avoid "pumping" with the mascara brush, as this draws air in. 4. Never twist the wand. 5. Close the mascara completely. The two parts of the logo should meet perfectly and you should hear a slight "click" as they close.
