pers Radiance Cleansing Balm

Enriched with vitamins C and E, as well as a 3% anti-pollution agent, the PERS Cleansing Balm protects the skin from free radicals. Formulated with almond, apricot, and safflower oil, it nourishes the skin, leaving it soft and protected. The balm texture melts upon contact with the skin and transforms into a creamy milk when in contact with warm water.
