Massage the cream onto the nail bed towards the heart, every evening during the treatment period (4 to 6 weeks). It is not necessary to remove the nail polish. However, during this treatment, massage the product onto the bare nail twice a week and leave it on overnight. Before applying a base and nail polish, remove any greasy residue from the nail plate with a nail polish remover.
