      Between legendary Hollywood glamour and French elegance, the brand Guess found a happy medium, positioning itself as iconic leader of denim. It all started in 1981 when the Marciano brothers fell in love with Los Angeles. After enjoying their vacation, they decided to move, leaving behind their native south of France. The name of the brand came up by chance, suggested by a slogan they read each day on their way to work: "Guess what's in our new Big Mac". The word became the official name of their brand based on Olympic boulevard, a few steps away from the sign that inspired them. Claudia Schiffer, Eva Herzigova, Laetitia Casta, Naomi Campbell, Anna Nicole Smith and Paris Hilton lent their faces to the brand, giving life to cult ad campaigns. Today, Guess has over 1,500 retail locations around the world and offers ready-to-wear for men, women and children, as well as a vast range of accessories, jewellery and bags in cool, young and dynamic designs.
