Active Pure D-Panthenol 5.25% by ÉTAT PUR is a concentrated formula of panthenol, or Provitamin B5. With a concentration of 5.25%, this active ingredient is designed to gently moisturise, regenerate and repair the skin. Use morning and night before moisturising for more nourished skin.
