Made in France, the REVOLUTION mandoline offers a wide variety of cuts: smooth or wavy slices, waffle cuts, julienne strips, cubes and diamonds.
- The cutting thickness is adjustable up to 10 mm.
Its double horizontal blade system, featuring a wavy and a micro-serrated blade, efficiently slices all fruits and vegetables, even the most delicate varieties and citrus fruits.
- It includes three 2, 4 and 10 mm combs, as well as a patented system for easily creating uniform cubes and diamonds.
Its honeycomb-textured surface allows food to glide smoothly, while the carriage and pusher ensure easy, controlled use.
- The blades should be washed by hand, while the frame is dishwasher-safe.
