Choose the delivery method for each vendor when you confirm your selection.

Order!

Once you’re done shopping, you can confirm your order! Different payment methods may be proposed. Your order will then be sent directly to the partner vendor(s) who will prepare your purchase for shipping .

Track your parcel

You can track your parcel(s) through the vendor. However, Printemps.com remains at your disposal for any information.

How to return a product?

All options for returns are outlined by the partner vendor and can be consulted directly on the vendor page.
