RETURNS
You can enjoy free returns within 30 days upon receipt of your order (only applicable for orders from France).
For returns from other international countries, an amount of €15 will be deducted from the customer's refund.
For returns from the UK, an amount of £10 will be deducted from the customer's refund.
After you drop off your parcel at a Post office branch, returns should take 5 to 7 business days.
Once we have received your item(s), the refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.

Carefully wrap your article(s) so it/they is/are well protected during transport. If the state of the original box does is not suitable for use for the return, please use other appropriate packaging.

Étant entendu que cette boîte d'origine ne peut servir de carton d'expédition.

Lingerie et maillots de bain
Les sous-vêtements et bas de maillots de bains doivent être essayés par-dessus des sous vêtement, veuillez à ne pas ôter les protections adhésives.
Joaillerie fine
Ces pièces d'exception doivent être retournées neuves et non utilisées dans leur boîte d'origine avec la protection plastique et toutes les étiquettes créateurs intactes.
Montres de luxe
Les montres de luxe doivent être retournées neuves et non utilisées dans leur boîte d'origine avec la protection plastique sur le cadran, la garantie, la boîte de présentation et tout autre packaging extérieur. Veuillez également vous assurer que la montre n'a pas été mise à l'heure correcte.

Les articles de beauté doivent être impérativement retournés dans leur emballage d'origine non descellés avec le film plastique de protection et l'opercule intacts. Les articles ne peuvent être essayés et doivent être à l'état neuf, non ouverts, non utilisés, non abimés, non salis, non testés. Pour retourner un article beauté, veillez à remettre les articles dans le colis d'origine; qui a fait l'objet de nombreux tests concluants. Ce conditionnement, résiste en effet, à tous les chocs, chutes et manutentions possibles durant l'acheminement du colis. The number of returns per customer is counted and, in the event of repeated returns, contrary to our terms and conditions, we reserve the right to flag or close your Printemps.com account and refuse future orders. We will contact you directly if this is applicable to your account.
Once your order has been placed, its content can no longer be modified. You can still, however, modify the delivery address or cancel your order if it has not yet been processed, by contacting Customer Service. If your cancellation is accepted, you will not be charged.
Returns that do not meet the conditions below will not be accepted.
It is essential to include the returns form in your parcel.
Items should be new, unworn and returned in their original packaging.
The cardboard label with price, bar code and product name should also be returned with the item.
Any items returned damaged, incomplete, worn, soiled or washed will not be accepted or refunded.
Each request for refund will be inspected and validated. Returns that do not comply with these terms and conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. You will be refunded via the same payment method used when placing your order.
LES ECHANGES
You have 30 days to exchange one or several article(s) starting from the date upon which you received your parcel.
Under these conditions, exchanges are possible in France, Benelux and Germany.
Sign into your customer account.
In the tab ”MY PURCHASES AND RETURNS” click on “Make a return or exchange”.
Choose the item you would like to exchange as well as the product you would like in exchange. Only an exchange in size or colour is possible. In the case where you received a defective product, you can request the same item in exchange.
Select the reason for the return as well as your desired mode of reimbursement in the case where am exchange is not possible (re-credit to the form of purchase used or a purchase voucher). If the product is not available upon reception, the reimbursement will be made to the selected means.
Print out your form and shipping label. Place the form in the parcel and adhere the shipping label to the parcel.
NB: To facilitate tracking and to ensure proper treatment of the exchange, you must use the Colissimo label supplied by Printemps.com for your return and keep the proof of shipping stamped by the post office until the validation of your exchange. If not, we cannot guarantee the exchange of your item.
Drop it off at a partner parcel centre or at the post office.
We inform you that a parcel dropped off at the post office will take less time to get to us. Exchanges are received 3 - 4 days after a parcel is dropped off at the post office. The process is longer if the parcel is dropped at a parcel centre.
Once we have received your parcel, the exchange will be treated in the following 48 - 72 hours. Upon reception, we will proceed to the exchange based on available stock at the time of reception
