You no longer need to wait at home (or at the office) to receive your delivery! Thanks to Click & Collect, go to your nearest Printemps store* and pick up your package at your convenience. On site, our team will be happy to answer all your questions.

*Service not available at Printemps Caen, Printemps Brest and  Printemps Tours.

Find a Click & Collect

Once your order arrives at the Click & Collect of your Printemps store, you will receive an email with a retrieval code. To pick up your order, please come to the Click & Collect with this code and your ID.

Your order is available for 14 days at the Click & Collect. If you do not pick up your order, it will be cancelled and refunded.

At the Click & Collect in Printemps Haussmann, Printemps Nation, Italie 2 and Printemps Louvre:
- For orders placed from Monday to Friday before 9:00 a.m., your package will be available the same day.
- For orders placed after 9:00 a.m., your package will be available the next day.
- For orders placed on Friday after 9:00 a.m. and on the weekend, your package will be available on Monday afternoon.

At the Click & Collect in all other Printemps stores:
- For orders placed before 2:00 p.m., your package will be available the next day.
- For orders placed after 2:00 p.m., your package will be available within 48 hours.
- For orders placed on Friday after 2:00 p.m. and on weekends, you package will be available on Tuesday morning.

Free delivery on orders over 200€.

Colissimo delivery via La Poste delivers within 48 to 72 hours throughout mainland France. Deliveries are made by La Poste, Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

All orders placed prior to 2:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day.
Orders are processed the morning of the next working day. Orders placed between 2:00 p.m. on Friday and 2.00 p.m. on Monday are dispatched Monday evening.

Parcels are delivered to the delivery address shown on your order confirmation. It is therefore important to ensure your address is entered correctly. 

We will send you an e-mail when your order is dispatched from our warehouse. This e-mail confirms the delivery method chosen and provides you with a tracking number. You can also view and track your order in the My Current Orders section of your account.

This "express" dispatch service offers delivery within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends) from Monday to Saturday, throughout mainland France. Deliveries are made by Chronopost, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

This unique and exceptional service offers you a home or workplace delivery on the same day of your order (excluding weekends).

To take advantage of this service, all you need to do is confirm your order from Monday to Friday, before 9 a.m., for home or office delivery between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. and before 2 p.m., for delivery to your home or office between 3 p.m. and 10 p.m.

You can select a preferred time slot when placing your order (subject to availability). If you have not received your package or have a question regarding the delivery, please contact our customer service.

In the United Kingdom

Free delivery on orders over £200.

The delivery time is 4 to 5 business days. Parcels are delivered to the delivery address shown on your order confirmation. It is therefore important to ensure your address is entered correctly.
We will send you an e-mail when your order is dispatched from our warehouse to confirm your tracking number. You can also view and track your order in the My Current Orders section of your account.
There will be no additional duties costs on your orders and returns.

In Germany

The Standard Chronopost delivery offers delivery within 48 to 72 hours in Germany.

Returns

You can enjoy free returns within 30 days upon receipt of your order (only applicable for orders from France, The United Kingdom, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg and The Netherlands).

After you drop off your parcel at a Post office branch, returns should take 5 to 7 business days.

Once we have received your item(s), the refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.

  1. Please insert the returns form (provided with your order) in the package to return.
  2. Pack your item(s), making sure they are well protected during transport. Items must be returned as received, in their original packaging, (plastic sleeve) along with this returns form. Any item(s) returned incomplete, without the tag (specifying the brand, bar code and size of the product), without packaging, or having been damaged, worn, soiled or washed will not be accepted or refunded.
  3. If you are unable to reuse the packaging for returning your goods due to its condition, please use another suitable packaging.
  4. Stick the shipping label on the parcel.
  5. Drop your parcel at a post office branch near you.
  6. Keep the proof of deposit

You have placed an order as a guest and would like to make a return. You can find your returns form and shipping label using the link sent to you in your order dispatch confirmation e-mail.

    • Bags and Accessories

    Items must be returned as received, in their original packaging, complete with certificates of authenticity and designer labels in place.

    • Shoes

    Shoes should not have been worn except for having been tried on. The soles must be smooth and in a new condition, without any scratches, showing they have been worn.

    Shoe packaging must be in perfect condition and must not, under any circumstances, be used as packaging for shipping your return. Shoe boxes should not be taped or written on.

    • Lingerie and Swimwear

    Undergarments and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear. Please ensure that adhesive protective slips are not removed.

    • Fine Jewellery

    These special pieces should be returned new and unused in their original packaging with plastic protection and all designer labels in place.

    • Luxury Watches

    Luxury watches should be returned new and unused in their original packaging, complete with plastic protection on the dial, the warranty, presentation and all other outer packaging. Please also ensure that the time on the watch has not been set.

    • Beauty

    Beauty items must be returned in their original, unsealed packaging with the protective plastic film and the lid intact. Items cannot be tried on and must be in new condition, unopened, unused, undamaged, unsullied, untested. To return a beauty item, be sure to return the items in the original package; which has been the subject of numerous conclusive tests. This packaging is indeed resistant to all possible shocks, drops and handling during the delivery of the package. If, however, your package after opening does not allow the return of beauty items in good conditions, we urge you to find an appropriate container or box and to carefully package the returned items to ensure maximum protection during transport.

The number of returns per customer is counted and, in the event of repeated returns, contrary to our terms and conditions, we reserve the right to flag or close your Printemps.com account and refuse future orders. We will contact you directly if this is applicable to your account.

Once your order has been placed, its content can no longer be modified. You can still, however, modify the delivery address or cancel your order if it has not yet been processed, by contacting Customer Service. If your cancellation is accepted, you will not be charged.

Returns that do not meet the conditions below will not be accepted.

  • It is essential to include the returns form in your parcel.
  • Items should be new, unworn and returned in their original packaging.
  • The cardboard label with price, bar code and product name should also be returned with the item.
  • Any items returned damaged, incomplete, worn, soiled or washed will not be accepted or refunded.

Each request for refund will be inspected and validated. Returns that do not comply with these terms and conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. You will be refunded via the same payment method used when placing your order.

Exchanges

Printemps.com does not offer an exchange policy.
If you wish to exchange one or more items, please follow the returns procedure outlined above to enable us to refund your item(s). Thereafter, we invite you to place a new order for the product(s) you wish to purchase.
