    The Bobbies adventure began in 2010 with an idea signed by Alexis Maugey and Antoine Bolze. After graduating from business school and with a focus on human values, the two childhood friends found themselves unfulfilled in the banking sector. Without hesitation and despite their young age, they passionately launched and founded their own shoe brand that would be both a Parisian story and an invitation to travel. Designed in Paris by passionate stylists and handcrafted in Portugal by excellent shoemakers and leatherworkers, the shoes for men and women signed Bobbies aim to be both timeless and trendy, chic and bohemian, easy to wear yet unique. And they succeed brilliantly: success quickly followed, and the team grew in a consistently family-like atmosphere, prioritizing quality, the environment, and respect for traditional craftsmanship. The leathers, skins, and other materials come exclusively from Europe: Italy, Spain, Portugal, or Germany. The partner tanneries are certified by the Leather Working Group, while the soles are made of 70% recycled rubber and 30% natural rubber. With more than a hundred manual steps required for their production, Bobbies shoes are true treasures of craftsmanship. Sometimes grained, smooth, or cracked, they come in soft, subtle, vibrant, or deep shades while their silhouettes draw the best from yesterday and today to be both contemporary and irresistibly retro. Clogs, espadrilles, sneakers, as well as ballet flats, derbies, and oxfords: you have plenty of choices.
